Hôtel Vaux-le-Vicomte

Welcome to the Hôtel
Vaux-le-Vicomte is a French château which was build for Nicholas Fouquet, the Minister of Finance under the reign of Louis XIV of France. Sadly enough the château ended up being Fouquet's downfall: Louis, jealous of Vaux-le-Vicomte's splendor (he thought he was being upstaged), threw Fouquet in prison, charging him with embezzlement. Today the chateau is the residence to Sebastiaan van den Bergen who gladly receives his guests all year long over the Internet.
Your Host
Your Host is a 25-year-old Dutchman who is presently living in the beautiful Swedish city of Karlstad. For about one and a half year ago he travelled to this town for studies. Today he is still there. The city is just too good to stay only for a short while.
Although he has a background in the hospitality industry, he spends his days working for the largest telecom company in Sweden, Ericsson.
This Summer the Dutchman will travel back to his château, after spending a good holiday in the Netherlands, with parties in The Hague, Amsterdam and Leeuwarden. The places to be!
